Andi is an Academic, Designer and PhD researcher, Andi has twenty years of extensive experience and knowledge of design in the UK HE sector holding positions as Senior Lecturer in Industrial Design, Product, Design Director of Postgraduate Studies Product Design & Management across institutions in Cheshire, Liverpool City Region, and Lancashire.

Andi's current research, Redesigning Art and Design Education, Past Present Future: Redefining Approaches in Art and Design Curriculum and Pedagogy

This project sets out to analyse past strategic innovations in art and design education with a view to informing current approaches in art and design curriculum and pedagogy, it intends to explore structural and cultural conditions for change and change management in this area. The project thus aims to future-proof art and design education, that is: increase the effectiveness of teaching and learning in art and design, by interconnecting exemplary traditions of reform and current innovative trans-disciplinary approaches to improve the effectiveness of art and design teaching and learning.
